| 2004 | Flexelec SA becomes Flexelec SAS. The Omerin group takes over the whole Flexelec subsidiaries. Its managing director Xavier Omerin has now a staff of 600. |
| 2000 | Founding of Flexelec Ltd Singapore. Flexelec has the most important freight of the Rhône-Alpes area to Asia. Capital increase brought up to 166 600 Euros. |
| 1999 | Founding of Flexelec UK Ltd in England. Flexelec is elected first French company at the exhibition “China Refrigeration”. |
